Damion Feldman creates a welcoming first impression for every Lumena client and keeps the office experience running smoothly.
Damion joined Lumena Financial Strategies in 2021, as Client Experience Manager, he is the first point of contact for clients. He manages the office schedule, coordinates client meetings in person and virtually, and helps clients establish online access to their personal financial management site. He oversees the experience of making each client feel welcome and cared for.
He holds multiple degrees in Fine Arts and Design from Kent State University. His prior career ranged from Production Coordinator to Office Manager across the entertainment and service industries. He served as a logistics and event coordinator at the American Film Market in Santa Monica, the world’s largest annual international film and television trade show. That experience, paired with his background in client service and benefits, allows him to communicate with clients in a polished, thoughtful manner. His balance of technical, professional, and communication skills, combined with an empathetic approach, brings a distinct perspective to the Lumena team.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Damion continues to show and sell his artwork throughout Southern California in addition to his role with Lumena Financial Strategies.
