Damion W. Feldman officially joined Lumena Financial Strategies in 2021. He has been involved with our team for many years. While working full-time elsewhere, he participated in hosting many of our client events. With the expansion of the practice the role of Client Experience Manager was created, and Damion was a perfect fit.
With multiple degrees from Kent State University in Fine Arts and Design, Damion’s experience has ranged from Production Coordinator to Office Manager while within different entertainment and service industries. His experience in logistics and event coordination at the American Film Market in Santa Monica, CA, which is the world’s largest annual international film and television trade show along with his background in client service and benefits allows him to communicate effectively with individuals in a uniquely polished manner. As a working artist and coordinator, his balance of technical, professional, and communication skillsets, paired with his sense of empathy and kindhearted approach in business, provides a unique combination of experiences welcomed to our team.
Damion has been actively involved with the development of the role of Client Experience Manager. In this role, he is the first point of contact with clients in the office or through any correspondence. Damion manages the office schedule and coordinates meetings for clients in person or virtually. He helps establish online access to their personal financial management site, and generally oversees the process of making each client feel welcome and cared for.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Damion continues to show and sell his artwork throughout Southern California in addition to his role with Lumena Financial Strategies.
