Maddie Ulloa joined Waddell & Reed in 2015 supporting Michael Warkentin as his personal assistant. She provided full administrative support to Michael’s practice. Upon the combination of Michael’s clients into the Lumena team, Maddie agreed to continue providing support and continuity for clients as we meet and learn more about each person.
Maddie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Cal State Dominguez Hills and works in conjunction with Britt and Alison to make sure they are fully prepared for all client meetings. She provides valuable context due to her deep involvement with clients over the years and helps bridge the gaps in meetings so that the rest of the team can also provide excellent service.
