Lucy Adame contributes to the client experience through research, preparation, and behind-the-scenes support that helps the team stay informed and organized.
Lucy’s personal interest in finance started early. As a first-generation college student from a low-income family in East LA, she became interested in how to build financial independence. A sociology lecture early in her college years on how money affects childhood development sharpened that curiosity.
Lucy has been a valued part of the team since 2014. She first lent a hand during school breaks, helping organize office supplies, build folder systems, and assist with clerical tasks. After high school, she officially joined the team and gradually expanded her role into database maintenance, front desk support, and special projects as she completed her degrees.
Located in the San Pedro office, she supports the team with client meeting preparation, researching client accounts to confirm every detail is accurate, assisting with client communication, and maintaining the client database.
Lucy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Entertainment and Tourism from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, Lucy holds four Associate Degrees from Fullerton College in Social Development, Human Expression, Childhood Development, and American Society (Sociology), reflecting her broad academic interests and commitment to learning.
Outside of her work at Lumena, Lucy is a writer and podcaster who is currently working on a fantasy novel.
